Services
We provide a wide range of services which include, electrical installation, servicing and repairs. Data and telephone cabling and hardware installation, air conditioning supply, installation, servicing and repair. We service all aspects of the electrical industry including Commercial, Industrial and domestic.
We also supply in depth comparisons for energy saving for installations with inefficient lighting. We will supply a computer printout of the cost saving for the changeover of the fittings, payback period and cost saving every year after the payback period. The analysis takes into account heat generation of low voltage down lights and cost of cooling the heat generated by the downlights. All of these factors are part of the report.
In February 2007, The then Minister for the environment Mr. Malcolm Turnbull announced Australia's committment to phase out the innefficient traditional " Incandescent Light Bulb" within the next couple of years. That means that light bulbs will need to be replaced with energy efficient lights such as Compact Fuorescent or L.E.D. (Light Emmitting Diodes) Arrays. Replacing and average light bulb can save around $30 Aus. per year. This can be quite a saving when replacing multiple bulbs. Especially for commercial environments that have sometimes hundreds of innefficient bulbs costing $1000s per year to run. The cost to the environment is very high when taken into account the energy required to light Australian homes, business and industry. Mr Turnbull said that the plan was expected to save as much as two million tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions in Australia over time. (source "The Australian" 20/02/07)
Online Electrical Solutions has the expertise and skill to rewire and replace old and outdated innefficient lighting systems within the home or industrial centres. The costs can be recouperated over a reasonably short time when many lights are replaced.
To date dimmable Flourescent Bulbs are still not on the market, so care must be taken when replacing bulbs. When dealing with mains voltage always use a qualified Electrician ... Most of us conduct electricity! The benefits outweigh the costs!
